How to Use:

1. Fully charge the massager before first use.

2. Wrap the unit securely around the ankle and adjust the straps for a comfortable fit.

3. Select your preferred heat level.

4. Select the desired vibration mode and intensity.

5. The 15-minute timer automatically shuts the unit off. Pressing a button during operation resets the timer.
