- Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
If an item has been opened or used, a 15% restocking fee may apply. - Refunds:
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. - Exchanges:
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. - How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, you may submit a self-service return request by logging into your account at BeauRiva.com and selecting the item you wish to return, or by contacting us at info@beauriva.com. Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable.
- Please note that return shipping instructions and the return address will be provided in the return approval email after your request has been reviewed and approved.
- If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions, including a pre-paid return shipping label if applicable, or you may ship the item using your preferred carrier at your own expense. Instructions on how and where to send your package will be included in the return approval.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

- Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized products and perishable goods. Health and hygiene items. Clearance or final sale items. Custom or special-order products. Items marked “As-Is” or “No Returns” at time of sale.
