Shipping Options & Estimate Costs

  1. Standard Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days.
    • Cost: (Free for orders over $50).
  2. Expedited Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 2–3 business days.
    • Cost: $19.99.
  3. Express Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days.
    • Cost: $31.99.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days for domestic orders, though it may take up to 28 business days in some cases. 

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
  • Customs & Duties: The recipient is responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
  • Use our tracking tool on the BeauRiva website or the courier’s site for updates.

Delivery Policy

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. BeautivaViva is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Contact us at info@beauriva.com within 48 hours of delivery if your package is missing or arrives damaged.
  • Delivery Delays: While we aim to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or courier issues) may cause delays.
